Hi guys trying to get my smart light to connect to my virgin router it connects and then disconnects from router any ideas please
Please share more details of the problem that you have encountered. Is it a failure during the configuration? Or is it that the light goes offline frequently?
Which Tapo light do you have? Is its firmware up-to-date?
