Model: Archer BE9500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 20250414 rel.37964

I have a Archer BE9500 (model drop down doesn't allow this router to populate) that won't let Blink Cameras finish scyncing.  Can go through every step of the way and still doesn't work. Had a Archer a2300 and it worked fine, EERO6 and worked fine. Upgraded to this and I have everything else working (Kasa, GoSund, Ring, Alexa, etc..) but I can't get these Blink to finish connection. Tried IoT, guest wifi 2.4, firmware updates on the blink sync modules and still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi@DerekAS ,

Thank you for contacting our community.

If only one device failed to access the internet of the router, it is more likely that the device needs to be modified to adapt to the new network.

You can also try to hard reset the camera and configure it with the new network.

It is recommended that you can contact support of the camera for further help.

@Joseph-TP Thanks for the feedback. I have also reached out to Blink and working with them. I wasnt sure if there was a setting on the router to help with the issue, but hopefully on their end, something can be done.

The newest sync modules and blink Mini's work just fine, but my blink sync module 2's still wont work.

I also noticed that while connected to my router, I can access live view on my cameras via blink. If I turn off the wifi, then I can access the camera's just fine. Same thing happens for the blink cameras in my office, which don't have any tp-link routers. If I am connected to my router at home, I can't connect, but if I turn off the wifi, I connect just fine.

Something with the router outbound is having an issue? Maybe need a port range configuration?

Tried this with other apps on my phone and also had the issue with my CA lo_tery app. Can scan bar codes and connect to the CA lo_tery server to view results while on the wifi. Turn off the wifi and it works just fine.
