Hi There,

I have just bought this router and during setup I went through the following steps.

1. Turned Off the Modem

2. Connected the ethernet cable and power to the router

3. Turned on the modem.

4. Waited for all the router lights to come on

5. Went to add device on the TP Link app.

6. Set device password

7. Attempted to login and failed.

Now when I try to restart the process the router only give 4 green lights then switchs off.

The wifis are not visible and I cannot connect.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

V.

Hello@VHalpenny ,

Welcome to our community.

Do you mean that even if all the lights are off, the internet on the router is still working?

Have you set the LED control to disable the LED status? You can go to Advanced > System > LED Control.
