ER605 keeps disconnecting from controller

Hello everyone,
I'm facing a strange issue with one of the sites we manage: our ER605 keeps showing up as disconnected in the Omada controller for no apparent reason, even though the access points are online and the network is functioning properly.
I visited the site and performed a factory reset of the ER605, which allowed me to re-add it to the controller successfully. However, the problem recurred; after about 30-40 minutes of connection, it went offline again. I can still access it through SSH, and I attempted to reboot it, but that didn't resolve the issue.
Is there something I can do from SSH to fix it?

What I immediately see is that you have different IP networks on the router and access point, do you have a /23 network or are these two /24 networks?

It seems like there is something wrong somewhere, do you have a screenshot of the LAN interface?

What is the IP you get from the router now when it displays as 192.168.0.1?
Is there a second DHCP server in your LAN?
You should examine these because what your picture shows is totally off track. When the device shows up as "disconnected," it means the connection between the router and the controller is lost. Could be subnet, ARP or ACL issues. The controller is broadcast in the LAN, and they receive and find each other based on this simple guideline.
Start from this and you should be able to find out the reason.

@MR.S The configuration hasn't been changed recently, and this site has been working for more than a year now, I believe...

Hello Clive,
My ER605 IP address is 1.1. I can access the web GUI and SSH, and the ISP router is in bridge mode.
Site has been working properly in this configuration for about a year... We faced the same issue at another site, and after performing a factory reset and re-adding the device to the controller, it started working again. I've checked for any second DHCP servers on the LAN and didn't find any devices that could be causing conflicts, it's not a big network, so it shouldn’t be difficult to locate one if there were.

Where is the controller located?
Diagram of the network?
Same issue at another site, are they adopted under the same controller?

I had a similar problem because of the MTU of the WAN interface. I adjusted the MTU and the problem stopped occurring.

@MurphyGE What value did you use for the MTU? How can I make the change, as I am unable to apply it through the Omada interface and I have not found a workaround using SSH?
