TP-Link Deco App can't find AX1500 X10 Deco
Deco is plugged into existing router via ethernet cable but App says can't connect to Deco.
Offered temporary Wifi connection which I connected to, but still says 'couldn't connect to Deco'
I've tried multiple times including restarting modem & router & resetting Deco, but still won't show on the App. Also uninstalled & reinstalled App
Any suggestions?

Hi, yes, it is the latest Android App version of Deco APP.
Can I have a screenshot of the error message?
How about the LED light on the main Deco X10?
Have you tried to set a different Deco X10 as the main Deco?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@Jacko100 If your Deco X10 isn’t showing in the TP-Link Deco app despite connecting via Ethernet and trying the temporary Wi-Fi, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and location permission is granted to the app. Try using a different phone or tablet to rule out device-specific issues. Also, confirm that your Deco X10 is in setup mode (LED should be pulsing blue). If it's not, do a full reset by holding the reset button for about 10 seconds until the LED pulses yellow, then wait for it to turn blue again. Make sure you're using the latest version of the Deco app and selecting the correct Deco model during setup ,

@mimi008 Chz for that. I've updated App to Vers 3.9.92 - is this the latest? Then repeated everything incl another factory reset, restarting router, but still saying can't connect.
Not sure what else I can do.
