AX55 satellites hang

Hi, I am noticing that my AX55 easymesh satellites hang after some weeks of normal functioning. I have to hard reboot to restore, but then after some weeks they stop again.
The wifi stays on, so all connected clients stay attached to the malfunctioning satellite, until I hard reboot.
This is very annoying. Anyone experiencing a similar issue? Someone from TPLink can help? It seems a bug.
Thanks!

Hi@sperla ,
Thank you for getting back to me.
You mentioned that you have confirmed that there is another satellite router. Is it working properly? If so, can you swap the positions of the satellite routers for comparison?
If only one satellite router freezes, it is recommended that you hard reset and update its firmware to 1.3.5: Archer AX55 V1 Supports Extending Guest Network via EasyMesh and Optimizing Performance in AP Mode
This firmware can be downgraded to the 1.3.3 version.

Hello@sperla ,
Welcome to our community.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—router )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
How many Archer AX55 units do you have at all? Please test different Archer AX55 for comparison.
Also, please keep the auto-update button on and detect if there is a new firmware that can be updated to.

@Joseph-TP Hi, my conf is the following:
AX55 main in ap mode <- AX55 wireless backhaul (with main as preferred AP) <- AX55 wireless backhaul (with intermediate AX55 as preferred).
Works for a couple of weeks, then the satellites (one or the other) just hang and I need to reboot by poweron. The main is stable, problem only in the satellites.
I don't have possibility to see any log from the satellites, the web gui is blocked.
All devices are 1.3.3.
I'd be happy if I just could schedule a reboot, but on satellites is not possible.
Auto update is on. I see there is a beta 1.3.5, but is seems still unstable so I prefer not to make things worse.

@Joseph-TP thanks for reply. Both satellites show the same freeze problem, indepently.
Do you suggest to update to 1.3.5 anyway?

Hello @sperla ,
Yes, you can update the firmware of a satellite unit first and make a comparison.

@Joseph-TP Hi, I updated manually only one lf the two satellites to 1.3.5.
Let's see what happens. It takes weeks to get to the hang. We need patience.
In the mean time I noticed that the 1.3.5 is available also in the tether app. I am waiting to upgrade all the rest though.
I'll keep you posted. Tnx

@Joseph-TP I had some problems with Easymesh and 1.3.5.
Today I installed the fresh 1.4.1, let's see how it goes.
