Archer BE230 v1.20 firmware update not available for manual download and auto update is not working
Hi TP-Link Support.
When I try online firmware update on my Archer BE230 v1.20 to 1.1.4 Build 20250318 rel.31873, it is not connecting and throwing error "Unable to connect to cloud server. Please try again later.". I tried also changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as per the recommendation in one of the open case you have but it didn't work.
I could NOT see available firmware at Archer BE230 v1.20 - US Support Website https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-be230/v1.20/
However when I go to Archer BE230 v1.20 - Malaysia Support Website https://www.tp-link.com/my/support/download/archer-be230/v1.20/#Firmware
I can see firmware 1.1.4 Build 20250318 is available there but I don't want to take the risk and manually download the firmware from Malaysia/Asia region. I am from US and I bought my router from TP-Link thru Amazon US yesterday. I am not sure if the unit is Malaysia Unit and not US unit. How can update my firmware? If this is related to correct US Support website to include firmware 1.1.4 Build 20250318, which by the way detected and recommended by the router, please make it available to US region.
