Model: Archer BE900
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

DEARS.

I'am from Hyderabad, India and I purchased an ARCHER BE900 V2 Router ONLINE. It has to 5G SSIDs, 1 2.4G and 1 6G SSIDs. All are working fine but, Wifi 7 SSID is not showing in my devices (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, DELL XPS 16, iPhone 16 Pro Max & Macbook Pro 2024) as all are compatible with WIFI 7 standard.

Also, my 5G connections are seems sleeping some times. I won't get internet with the connected one. I need to change it to another 5G-2 SSID.

Can anyone show me a relief me please..?

Hello@CHSreenu ,

Welcome to our community.

Do you mean that your devices can only detect 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz? Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
    1. Make sure the 6G network is enabled and not hidden; you may check this on the Tether APP > More > Wi-Fi Settings.
    2. Make sure your client device supports 6G Wi-Fi, drivers and system are all up to date.
    3. Make sure you are using the Router and the client device in a country that allows Wi-Fi 6E/7 operation. If your Router and client device are not purchased from the same country, Wi-Fi 6E operation might not be available.
