My internet subscription is 700mbps. if a pc is directly connected to the ISP router, it shows 700mbps.
If Mesh is connected to ISP router and pc is connected to mesh. the speed on all devices are set at 250mbps.
QoS is on. 700mbps upload and download.
What can be the problem here? Any tips to atleast increase the internet speed of mesh clients? or this is a limitation of Deco mesh?

Is the Deco provided by the internet service provider, as the current firmware version seems to be an ISP-customized version?
If there is already an ISP-provided modem/router, it is suggested to connect the Deco M4 behind the ISP router and set Deco in "Access Point" mode:
