I'm facing a login id issue here with the newly purchased TP-Link Range extender.

Welcome to our community.

 

Do you mean that you cannot bind the device to your TP-Link ID? Please hard reset the device to unbind the previous account.

If it doesn’t work, please take a photo showing Mac address of RE305 and proof of purchase. Then email to support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 832174] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.

Hi,

 

Could you please provide a bit more detail about the issue? Is it about the "Log in" password or about the TP-Link ID?

 

Are you using the RE305's web management interface or the Tether app?

 

Is there any error message shown?
