Weak signal between Deco Main and Satellite

Hi,
I have issues with my Deco X50 these 2 days. I have been using them for more than. 3 years with no problems but two days ago, the satellite unit just keep dropping lines. I did trouble shooting and realise that there's a very weak signal between the main and satellite unit. I have attempted to place them side by side but it does not improve. Currently none of my phone or laptop is able to connect to the satellite unit at home. I ha r also attempted to link my laptop to the satellite unit via ethernet cable. It can link but the speed is slow..

Sorry for the late reply. Getting frustrated to switch here and there and i am pretty sure its the hardware issue.. so i purchase a new deco x50 unit and link to my network.. it works perfect now.. full signal between my main unit and the new satellite unit..
Any idea where can i send the spoilt one for repair? I stay in SG.. lol..

Hi, can I have the firmware version of the Deco X50?
Have you tried to reset this unit and add it to the Deco App to see whether it helps?

Already reset numerous time.. remove from the network and readies back.. still.showing weak signals.. no matter how close it is to the main unit

How about the Mesh Backhaul type on the satellite "Family Room" Deco? Would it be 2.4Ghz only?
If possible, it is suggested to refer to this link to set this unit as the main Deco to see whether the same issue continues:
