Archer red light then green
Archer red light then green

My internet randomly dropped off a few days ago and can't find a solution to the problem. The internet light is red for a few seconds when you restart the router but then turns green. But there is no Wifi or internet on my PC. But my PC gets a connection, which is strange. I have talked with the internet provider and on their side they can see that internet is online in my apartment and that my computer is online too.
I have tried 3-4 routers, I have tried different cabels from the wall to the router. I have tried to connect the cable directly from the wall to the PC and in a weird way I then have the ability to access Facebook and Google. Nothing else.
Any idea what could be the problem here? Does the router block the access to the internet? Or is the WAN thing in the wall broken?
Thanks!

@woozle I tried to ping and it worked the first time. I have added a screenshot of the result in this message.
Yes, I tried with both from the router and the socket. Both times they could see my PC and both times I had connection to my PC.
Another thing I noticed is that the Real-Time Rate to my PC is at 2.2 Kb/s up and at 0.0 Kb/s down. Could that be something?

Hi,
If you have tested with 3-4 different routers and the result was the same, then it can't be caused by the router(s).
When you are logged into the Archer AX55's web management interface, does the "Network Map" page show the "Internet" as connected?
I wonder if there might be something not right with the Internet provider's DNS server. To check whether this is the case you could set another DNS server of your choice within the Archer AX55's settings, like shown in the screenshot below. (8.8.8.8 is Google DNS)
By the way, are there other tenants in the building where you live who also have this same kind of wall socket in their rooms to get Internet? If yes, do you know if they have also experienced problems with it?

Thanks for the answer.
Yes, the Network Map shows that there is internet. With Dynamic IP and an IP adress. I tried the thing in the screenshot but it did not work. I still have connection to the internet on my PC but can't access it. I think that it's only my apartment that has this problem.
It's a bit strange that when I reboot the router the Internet icon is red forna few seconds and then it goes green.

That is the same on all TP-Link routers. Green means the router is sensing a connection to the Internet, but it will only be able to do that after it has finished booting up its operating system.
Beside your PC, have you tested the Internet connection with any other devices yet? (like smartphone, tablet, game console, smartTV, ...)

Yes, I have two TVs and there is no connection to them. Also have phones and no WiFi.
How is it possible that my PC gets a connection but no internet and the internet provider can see that internet is active in my apartment and that my PC is connected? It's a bit strange.
To add a little bit more extra info to this. When I try to access a site on my PC it loads for a while and then I get a screen that says that the site can't be reached and that the domain took to long to load.

This is indeed weird.
Was the PC directly connected to the wall socket when the Internet provider said they can see it?
If the Archer AX55 was connected to the wall socket and set to "Wireless Router Mode" and the PC was connected to the Archer AX55, then your Internet provider should not be able to see the PC.
Anyway, can you please do another test?
Log into the Archer AX55 and do a "ping" test via the Diagnostics menu. First try with a domain name. If that doesn't work try with an actual IP address, like shown in the second screenshot. What are your results?

Ok. I don't get it how they can see your PC while it is connected to the Archer AX55, but whatever.
So, the output of the ping test looks perfectly fine.
Can you please also test what happens if you connect the Archer AX55 to the wall socket and the PC to the Archer AX55 and then ping www.aftonbladet.se or 18.165.122.11 from your PC?
"0.0 Kb/s down" just means that the PC isn't receiving anything, which obviously is the case. But why the PC isn't receiving anything is still unknown.

I have the Archer connected to the socket at all times, so I did the ping with the Archer connected.

Sorry, what I meant was to run the ping command on the PC that is connected to the Archer AX55. Like below.
