WPA3 is supported on every device I own, including a TP-Link AX55 Pro V1 being used as a OneMesh extender, yet the weakest link in my network is the DSL Modem that either forces me to use the AX55 Pro as my router sacrificing range or sacrifice security for the sake of range, and as far as I know WPA3 is a software feature, not a hardware one. This also applies to every DSL modem/router combo TP-Link lists as compatible with OneMesh to my knowledge
