Automation gone mad. I can now ONLY turn all lights on or all lights off due to an auto function I tried to set. Now this seems cannot be reversed. Is there a way to factory rest all setting?

This does not sound right... please explain what you are trying to achieve and maybe a description of the automation you have set up and someone in the community (or a Tapo moderator) might be able to assist.
You should always be able to control individual globes under the Home or devices section of the app, and automations can be easily disabled if they are causing problems.
