directly from isp I get about 10mb, using tp link switch I get about 90 , atleast yesterday ? Today it is not working . Have had deco a a few months with same problem , first now I am tired of lagging movies.

Have switched my two decos without any luck. So currently I only use the main deco. 

But  I should be able to use ethernet cable directly from isp ? Not to use the switch ? Weird that I get higher mb  using switch 

  @David-TP  tplink SG105 , but removed it. But weirdly I can get higher speed when it is connected. 

Tested cable with laptop , getting full speed. Connected laptop to deco with cable , only getting 9-10mb.

We did change Internet suppler when we moved into the house. But the new supplier ensure me that it should work as usual. 

But I have rebooted everything and started a new account and WiFi with deco. 

I also bought a ax300 (TP) router, just to see if I can't use that instead to get higher speed. But even everything got green lights , no internet would come out.  I contacted the supplier, ans they say they have no restrictions
