Can't open ports on C80 V2.20

Hi,
I cannot open certain range of ports on my router, and the ones that I'm able to open aren't working as intended it seems like something is blocking them from being connectable.
Honestly, this router has given me so many issues I have had it changed two times. And I've already pulled my hair fixing another issue I had with this router which you can find here: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/622176?replyId=1277058
I was on a beta firmware that was provided to me by a dev at TP-Link. I decided to upgrade the beta firmware because it had TP-Link watermark all over it, and boy it was a wrong decision.
Anyway, the error I get while I try to open a port is " Conflicting with existing port: 8211. To avoid conflict, please enter another value."
I do not have such port opened for it to conflict.

There are two approaches in this case - it's up to you which one to choose:
1) Enable UPnP feature and when you need a port opened, look at the UPnP Client List table to check if this port has been already opened by the UPnP featre.
If it's not, then add this port or port-ranges manually.This approach gives you less granular control over port opening process.
2) Disable UPnP feature and open a particular port or port-ranges manually. This approach gives you more granular control over the port opening process and it's more secure for your LAN.Every PC game has a used ports requirement described on its website.

@terziyski Hey
Thanks for that and the solution.
I have thought of those two methods, but the issue is that you'd be able to open the ports regardless of it being enabled in UPnP without the conflict error showing up.
I'm not sure if the update has changed that or the beta firmware I had bypassed the error and enabled the ports.
