Model: RE200  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: Ac750

I have moved houses and my wifi extender keeps referring to my old wifi network. I do not have access to my old modem anymore. I tried resetting the router but still cannot connect to the new network.

If you want to connect the extender to new router, please correctly reset it firstly:

With the power on,use a pin to press the reset button/hole for 1 second to reset the extender.

When you can see TP-Link_Extender on the Wi-Fi list, that means you have reset the extender correctly. Please configure it as below:
