Hi, may I know how long you have had Deco X50? Did the issue start recently?

 

If these two Deco X50s are temporarily placed next to each other, will they be able to get connected via WiFi Backhaul?

Hi,  @David-TP  I use deco since May 2025. Problem occurred around a week ago. Before this time there was problems with it.

 

there is no difference if I will place both units next to each other or far from both. It's not working in both cases.

 

@HelpFixDecoApp I will submit logs later today.
