I recently set up a Deco X20 mesh system in AP mode, but the internet connection intermittently cuts out for hours at a time. It appears to be at random times, and it will randomly reconnect / resolve itself.

During periods of no internet, in the Deco app it says "everything looks good", however the upload and download kbps stays at zero. There are multiple clients "online", but their upload and download speed also is at zero.

Things I have tried/ other info:

• I plugged in my laptop directly to the router, there is no issue with the internet connection
• Devices randomly reconnect, so there is no issue with the network password
• I have tried multiple Ethernet cables between router and Deco
• Rebooting the Deco (does nothing)
• Fast roaming and Beamforming are disabled
• Lights on the system remain in green always
• I have updated the Deco to the latest firmware (V 1.5.5 Build 20240718 Re. 44414)
