Deco X50-5G can't to switch to external anntens in Deco app
Hello,
I have connected external antennas to my Deco. Unfortunately, I cannot select external antennas in the Deco app. You can click as much as you want on external antennas, but you get stuck on internal antennas and don't react to the click at all.
What could be the problem?

Sorry for delayed answer, was on vacation. Thank you for your help. I found, that VPN was switched on, what prevent app to switch external antennas. After disabling VPN, it's working.

Can I have the current firmware version of the Deco X50-5G?
How about the Deco App version?
Please make sure the mobile phone is connected to the WiFi of the Deco X50-5G(you can temporarily turn off the cellular data on the mobile phone)when you try to enable the external antennas.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco App log:
If possible, can you help record a video clip that:
"You can click as much as you want on external antennas, but you get stuck on internal antennas and don't react to the click at all."
Have you tried to delete the Deco App and install it again to see whether it made any difference?
(Deleting the Deco App would not affect the network configurations.)
