Tp-link Archer D9 (AC1900) not connecting to 5 ghz wifi
Model :
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi,
My Tp-link Archer D9 (AC1900) was perfectly connecting to both 2.4 & 5ghz on wifi until I updated the driver for the router. After driver update, none of my devices are able to connect to 5ghz wifi. Not the distance issue, since I tried even just near the router itself. It does not even display 5ghz in the available wifi list. I tried changing all available channels (available only from 36 - 48) but to no avail. The settings in the router says Wireless radio enabled. Rest of the settings as below
Hide SSID - not enabled
Security: WPA/WPA2 Personal (Recommended)
Version: WPA2-PSK
Encryption: AES
Mode: 802.11a/n/ac mixed
Channel: Auto
Channel Width: Auto
In network map it says 5 ghz wifi enabled.
Pc runs on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
