no DHCP Address Reservation possible on RE900xd
Why is it not possible to add DHCP reservations in this RE ? (in AP mode)
The DHCP client list is there bu not tab nor place to add reservations..

Hi,
You are right, TP-Link's decisions regarding which features they make available in a given product appear to be odd at times, but the marketing department probably has their reasons why they don't want product X to have feature Y. (I would guess most likely to steer a potential customer who absolutely needs feature Y towards a more expensive product)
As for the IP conflicts. Since the RE900XD doesn't have DHCP address reservation, the solution would be to switch off the RE900XD's DHCP server and instead have another AP in the same network or the main router handle DHCP (with address reservation).
