Hi i am facing same issue as in https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/609562 while connecting in vpn client on my AX54 router

 

VPN Account created in cyberghost service

 

openvpn.ovpn file check and adapted according  https://www.tp-link.com/my/support/faq/3338/ 

uploaded with user credentials to AX5400 router - upload check ok

 

tryining to connect i am stuck on "connecting"

 

i have checked the the account via openvpn connect client on Win and was ablte to connect.

 

Could you please provide me info how did you solve the issue in https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/609562 or please for any hint how can i approch it.
