I have two RE220 range extenders. One was connected directly through the outlet and another was connected through a surge protector. The other day, there was a power outage where I live and when the power came back, I noticed that the lights on the range extender that was on the surge protector, we're off. The other one that was connected directly through the wall outlet, nothing bad happened to it.

Every time I reconnect the extender to a source, it would turn on, start blinking and then completely turn off. I reset it a bunch of times, pressed and holded the only button it has and it still acts that same way. The lights turn off in a way that it's losing power. Is the extender damaged now?

Hello @Part2233 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. Hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then off.

If still same, please contact local support.
