Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.14 Build 20241015 Rel. 45922

I have installed a DECO EX75 Mess Network with 6 routers. All the routers are Networked together with Cat 6 or 5e Ethernet Cable.

I have 6 Apple TV's across the environment. 4 x 4k and 2 x HD (A1625). Most of them are also connected to the network via Ethernet.

I am having an issue with the 2 HD units. Everything works perfectly except when I try and stream local content from my networked server library. The ATV can see the Library name but when I try connect it gives the error "Could not connect to MAIN SERVER" Make sure the computer is on the same network as your Apple TV.

The other 4K ATVs all work perfectly.

  @Andy_Lindstrom

Hi, welcome to the community.

You can refer to this link to change the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4:How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

If the computer is connected to the same Deco as the HD TV, will it help the TV access the media server?

Have you checked if there is a new system update for the Apple HD TVs?

If the 4K TVs work well, I can't figure out what else might prevent HD TVs from accessing the local media server.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
