Hi, the 3 lights stay on and flash once every 15 seconds or so, while charging it does the same thing even without a battery. When I connect it to my PC it keeps disconnecting, I can't access it via USB or even via WiFi, it's as if it can't start up. I tried to reset it, but it doesn't work, the reset doesn't start, the lights always stay on.

Can anyone help pls?

May I know how long you have had M7200?
