Hello TP Link Community,

 

I'm currently using Archer C6 v3.20, It's been a while that an update has come but I'm unable to download the Firmware upgrade file. Screenshot below

I searched on the internet regarding this and it says we need to select the proper hardware version v3.20 and region (which in my case is India) to download the appropriate firmware file.

I found 2 firmware files but it's for the EU region - https://www.tp-link.com/baltic/support/download/archer-c6/#Firmware

 

How do I download the firmware file for my router based on my hardware version (Archer C6 v3.20) and location (India)? It's not easily available. It's just been a little over 3 years that I bought this router.
Please help.

This is impacting my network connectivity.

If it is with US firmware region use this link to download the latest release.

Look at the bottom sticker of your router to check its firmware region - details.

If it's EU, then use this link for downloading v1.0.16.

  @terziyski I tried checking this website - https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/download/archer-c6/v3.20/#Firmware
couldn't find the firmware file. Anywhere else I can find it?
