Hi, welcome to the community.
May I know your internet service provider?
Would the main Deco X50 turn red during the disconnection?
"Now, all traffic drops every 60 seconds. Reconnects right away. "
-Did you check it in the web system log?
It is also highly appreciated if you can save a copy of the web UI system log and forward it to support.forum@tp-link.com

Best regards.
Thanks got the reply Dave. I work from home so I had to uninstall it. I will take another stab at it on the weekend I am going to do a new install from scratch.
I did a clean install with the x50 as the main. Working as it should now. Love the DECO mesh setup. This is the first problem I have had looking after 5 separate deco setups for family and friends. I suspect it was something I had done or a setting I changed that didn't transfer from the x60 to the x50 when I tried to swap the main. @DNO-47
