Hello@AWill ,

Do you mean that you have installed the driver successfully and the issue can be resolved?

If yes, please observe the device for while and check if it can work normally.

If not, please refer to  Archer TX20U Plus cannot connect to the network.

  @AWill

Hi,

No. I installed the TX20U+ back in September 2023 and the device has worked flawlessly until about a week ago when I applied a Microsoft update. Since then, the BSOD has appeared almost every time I shut the PC down. I removed & reinstalled the driver but the BSOD keeps appearing - perhaps on 80% of the shutdowns.

More than happy to test a beta driver...

Hi @Joseph-TP You are correct. I installed the beta firmware a few days ago and I've had no more BSODs since that installation. I'm happy to say that for me, the issue has been solved. Thanks for your help!
