I have a router TL-WR840N.
I configured the router to block streaming site
When I tested it,
1. Facebook lite in Android phone was not block -- although Facebook was blocked in PC
2. TikTok lite in n Android phone was not block -- although TikTok was blocked in PC.
3. YouTube was blocked
4. Instagram was bkocked
How do I block Facebook & TikTok lite? ver ly urgent

Do you have parental controls set up? Note that parental controls primarily block specific websites, but not specific apps.
Access control blocks the entire device.

In the first two cases that's most probably because you're using the corresponding dedicated app on your mobile instead of a web browser.
Sometimes dedicated apps are using a pre-defined IP addresses to connect to the particular service instead of a DNS name.
