Hi,
"Switching" the NAT type reported by game consoles and video games usually involves more than just a click of a mouse button.
Before we even start to go into details I suggest you first check whether your Archer AX18 router is being assigned a public IPv4 address by your Internet Service Provider.
To do that please log into the Archer AX18 and verify that the "Internet IP address" (circled in red in the screenshot) does not fall within any of the follwing ranges of private IP addresses.
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
100.64.0.0 - 100.127.255.255
In this example the "Internet IP address" is a private IP address (192.168.137.56) and therefore it would not be easily possible to achieve a better NAT type.

Hello@Dex02 ,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—router—main deco )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
If your modem is also a DHCP server, then your network may have double NAT, which will also lead to the formation of NAT type 3.
You can set up port forwarding or enable UPnP.
