A device that was previously blocked is now unable to connect to the WIFI.  Profile has been deleted but it seems that the device status is in a 'hung' state and is still tagged as blocked.  AC 1200 Model Deco M4R.

Can I also have the firmware version of your Deco M4?

Can I have the model number of this device?

---Have you tried to configure a static IP address on this device to see whether it made any difference?

 

By the way, are you able to find this device in the "Offline List"?

Yes, they are the details I'm looking for. While I don't expect that you had an ISP-customized hardware.

How about other advice? the static IP configurations?

 

By the way, have you ever factory reset the Deco M4 once before?
