DECO BE65-5G 5G Band selection

When attempting to manually lock the device to 5G or 4G bands, no available bands are displayed, despite the signal being strong and the feature being supported by the ISP.

Here is what I think,
When the network type is 4G, "Band Selection>Manual" will only list the available 4G LTE bands.
When the network type is 5G, it will only list the 5G SA bands, but the current SIM ISP only supports 5G NSA.
I'll check with the engineer if there is any workaround or any other possibilities.
Update:
It is planned to allow manual searching for 5G NSA bands under the 5G network type in the future.

If you go to either - More->Internet or - More->Advanced do you see the Band option? If not it's either not supported by your deco yet or you need to upgrade your firmware to see it.

Unfortunately, even after updating to firmware version 1.1.0, no available bands are detected. This indicates that the feature remains non-functional and requires further investigation.

Going to let David know about this post. I'm not sure what the issue could be. While we wait for him I would like to get him some more info. what mode are you running your deco's in? 4G/5G Router Mode? Or WiFi Router Mode? Is the SIM card installed in the bottom of the main deco? If so try to remove it and re-insert it to see if it makes any diference,

Hi, may I know your SIM carrier?
Could you please help me run a simple test:
- Set the Network Mode to 4G only
- Then, test to select "Manual" under Band to see if there are any available LTE bands.
I think the Deco BE65-5G might work in 5G NSA mode now(the network type is 5G, and the used bands would include both LTE and NR bands). If the Network type is 5G, the band search could only detect the available 5G SA bands.
