Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.4

I recently bought and installed 7 Tapo Outdoor Security Cameras alongside a Smart HomeBase H500.

I have 2 x C501GW cameras, as I need two cameras that rely on PoE for power.

Unfortunately this model is not compatible with the Smart Homebase H500.

Are there plans to make this model compatible with the Smart HomeBase H500?

Could you clarify whether you are using PoE to provide both power and network connectivity to the camera, or is it only for power while the device connects to the network via 4G?
