Please check if the SIM card can be detected? If not,please refer to What should I do if my TP-Link 4G LTE Router cannot detect SIM card?
If the SIM card status is prepared and the Internet IP Address is 0.0.0.0, please refer to the FAQ: No internet connection when using TP-Link Wireless 4G LTE Router working as 3G/4G Router Mode(Case 1)
