@Joseph-TP I got XZ000-G7 from amazon that why I thinks this can be change mac address and serial number and OMCC but now is not work and my service provider cannot accept to change my own routers. if there any solve for this problem ? thanks .

@XZ000-G7 I think it's really bad these devices are sold to end users but they pretend devices are only available to ISPs.
My friend is in the same situation as you. Only way is a possible custom firmware, I'm afraid.
