The router was stopped the connection either WiFi network, I tried to reconnect through the application but could not establish the connection, I reset it multiple times but did not succeed, everyone it tells me unable to connect.I even tried the ethernet connection but failed, I noticed the green led gets fixed for brief period then start to blink again

For your case, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. Hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then off.
If still same, please contact TP-LINK technical support.
