Model: RE200  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: v5

All the lights are constantly flashing. I've held down the reset button at the bottom for a long time, but the reset process isn't complete. When I try to connect by holding down the WPS button on the front, all the lights flash and it constantly resets itself. I've tried plugging it into different outlets, but nothing. I can take a video of this and send it to you. I can't add a device from the Tether app because the router doesn't show Wi-Fi.

For your case, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. Hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then off.
If still same, please contact TP-LINK technical support.
