Internet in the red

I'm currently using Archer AX52, but i'm having hard time connecting it to the internet. Its in the red no matter how much i reset, reboot etc. i used to live in different home with different modem, then i moved out and brought the router too, before this it has no issue with connecting. But even since i move into the new home with different modem and same router, but this other modem already have a router which can be connected, but the AX52 can't. Idk why. I can get connection from it, but i cant get internet out of it.

Hello@themagiciansam ,
Welcome to our community.
Is the model of your router Archer AX53?
Do you want to connect the Archer AX53 directly to the modem? Please confirm if you need to set the internet information on the router?
Here are some suggestions:
- Turn off the Modem and the Router, then power on the Modem and Router.
- Log in to the web UI via http://tplinkwifi.net and follow the Quick Setup to set it up.
- If the old router can work with the modem, please do Mac clone for the Archer AX53: How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
