Hi all,

 

I have added an X10 to my existing mesh of P9.

 

The X10 is very close to a satellite P9 while the main P9 is quite far away. The X10's current signal source is set to the main Deco and the signal is very weak.

 

When in the Deco app I choose X10, go to "Connection Preference", turn off "Auto" and choose the satellite and click on "Save", I get an error "Failed to save your settings. Please try again later". I am simply unable to change it for the past 2 days.

 

All devices have been rebooted, the firmware is up to date.

 

Has anybody faced this issue and manage to overcome or know a workaround?

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco X10?

I've left a beta firmware for Deco P9 in the private message. It is suggested to manually update Deco P9 into the beta versions to see whether it helps.
