Lost connection or cannot make connection to DECO X20 4G (Ax1800) with SIM
Hello,
I would like to use a Deco X20-4g to create a wifi internet connection in our holiday house. I did the installation using the app and everything works fine. However after a power stop (plug out the 220V to the X20-4g) it cannot reconnect again. The lamp is red and the message in the app is "cannot make connection to the Deco! However, I can connect to the DECO in the WIFI settings of my phone but there is no internet! I can reconnect to the DECO by resetting everything and removing- reinstaling the DECO in my app.
What is wrong with the setting? Is there a way to reconnect to the DECO X20-4g after you lost the connection/internet?

We can monitor the network performance for a while.
Later, if Deco X20-4G was red again, before making any changes, you can check the internet settings(IP address and SIM card status) first.
After that, you could also refer to this link to help me save the web UI system log:

Is the current firmware version "1.0.6 Build 20240806 Rel. 65243"?
May I know your SIM carrier?
When Deco X20-4G turned solid red, if you check in the Deco APP, what is the current internet status, especially the SIM status and WAN IP address:

If you manually restart the Deco again, will the internet connection be restored?

May I know your SIM carrier? Its a Dutch company Hollandse Nieuwe using the Vodafone netwerk
WAN IP: 100.100.209.109/::
SIM status: Pincode is verified
???Suddenly I could add my pincode for the sim and it works again?? I do not know if the SIM status changed after a added the pincode?
