  @Blizzard1976

Hi, welcome to the community.

The latest firmware for Deco X50-5G/Deco X3000-5G_v1 is 1.3.0 now. It is recommended to update the latest firmware first:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-x50-5g/v1/#Firmware

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Thank you for the response. I have updated the firmware to version 1.3.0; however, the modem continues to display several errors in the log. I stressed the modem by downloading large files from Steam, and the result is as follows:

The fan is not functioning! ...

I have already left a negative review on Amazon; a product at this price point should be of good quality, yet I find myself with a modem that has a firmware full of bugs and lacking precision. Based on what I read on the forum, I am not the only one who has reported these issues. Regarding the connection, it fluctuates between a maximum of 6.4 Mb/s and 200Kb/s, only to rise again. The CPU and memory load is within limits, around 50% for memory and 20% for CPU. I sincerely hope that you can resolve this issue promptly.

  @Blizzard1976

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

If you'd like to spend a little more time, I'll forward your case to the senior engineer for further assistance.

By the way, have you tried setting the network mode to "4G only"? Would it improve the network stability?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
