I recently bought a new modem router yesterday to replace our modem and router. We tried setting up the device following the instructions indicated by be QIG (both provided by the device and for a specific ISP), we modified some of the settings, and still won't connect.
When I checked the Diagnostics in Maintenance, I found out that the Testing ADSL Synchronization was SKIPPED.
Any help on this?
