Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250413 Rel. 44588

Hello. I'm struggling with the setup of X50-5G. I chose this product to replace the old xDSL connection because 5G has much faster speeds in my area. Therefore the device is operating in 4G/5G router mode. The 5G connection and the wireless clients are working perfectly but how can I connect wired clients? I tested all the rj45 connectors and looks like none of them is operating as a LAN interface. What am I missing?

@Ajar Hi, welcome to the community. It doesn't need extra configuration, and the Ethernet connection should be plug-and-play.

Have you checked on the laptop where the cable is not detected, or it is detected but no IP address?

-Have you configured a static IP on the laptop?

It is also suggested to go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN, and disable this feature first.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
