Impossible de connecter les 3 déco en ethernet

Hello,

Hi, welcome to the community.
Can I have the firmware version of your Deco X50?
How about the model number of the network switch?
Please also try to replace the new Ethernet cable to connect Deco "Quarto Miguel" to another Ethernet port on the switch.
---Did the Ethernet cables run directly from the switch or from the reserved Ethernet wall jackets?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thanks for the update.
Did you also run the following test? Would it make any difference?
"Please try to replace the new Ethernet cable to connect Deco "Quarto Miguel" to another Ethernet port on the switch.
---Did the Ethernet cables run directly from the switch or from the reserved Ethernet wall jackets?"
If possible, it is also recommended to change the location of the two satellite Deco X50s to see whether the Ethernet Backhaul failure always follows "Quarto Miguel" Deco.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

for the first question:
yes I tried in other Ethernet port, still KO
2nd question:
Deco is connected to Ethernet wall jacket and not directly to the switch

Hi, have you also tried to swap the location of the two satellite Deco X50s units? Would the "Quarto Miguel" Deco always fail to use the Ethernet Backhaul, or would it work well in another location?
(The satellite units work the same, and after swapping the location, they are just plug-and-play)
Most of the Ethernet Backhaul failures are due to the poor Ethernet structures, especially when there are buried Ethernet cables inside the wall.
By the way, how long have you had the Deco? Did the issue start recently?
Wait for your reply.

I bought the deco last week, it my first installation
but something very strange:
if I remove "quarto Miguel" and reset it, add it again he will appear on Ethernet and "anexo" will switch on WiFi...
look like I can't have 3 deco at the same time on Ethernet
