The problem with my router is, that WiFi crashes serveral times per day.

It means, that my computer can connect to WiFi, but:
* There is no internet connection.
* I cannot ping router's IP 192.168.1.1 because all pings end with timeout.
* I can't connect to web interface at http://192.168.1.1/ nor connect to telnet console.

I want to make it clear, all wired clients connected through LAN work fine, they still can access internet, web interface etc.

What can I do apart from restarting the router to solve my problem?

After some time (an hour or maybe less), it fixes itself. It looks like WiFi had massive lag for several dozen of minutes.

I would be particularly interested in some logs which could help me diagnose the problem. Any idea where to find them?

Is there some large traffic application running when the wireless don't work(Such as downloading, video streaming)?
If yes, maybe the router is over loaded.
You can try to set bandwidth control and check if it could solve the problem.

You can also change some wireless setting.
1.Set channel width to 20MHz.
2.Change different channel(1-11) and check if wireless will be more stable.

My WiFi network is the only in my area, so there is no chance of interference/overlapping channels.

I don't have a blazing fast internet connection, just something about 6-8 Mbps.
WiFi bandwidth should be theoretically around 150/300 Mbps, so I'm not sure how would it be possible to overload network.

Is it even possible to diagnose this problem with some logs, instead of trying all possible settings on my web interface?
It crashes even when I'm not using actively my computer (however there are still connected wireless clients and they might do some background tasks).

Do you have only one wireless client at the moment?
