uncoupling a new p9 deco from my account

How do i uncouple my p9 from my account to transfer to a new owner

Hi, welcome to the community.
The current firmware 1.3.0 of Deco P9 doesn't support changing the Owner account directly via the Deco APP.
I'm afraid you might need to factory reset the Deco P9 and set it up again under the new email account.

You can also remove it via the deco app. From the network tab click on "Everything looks good." click on the deco you want to remove > At the top right look for the three vertical dots and click them > Now click Remove
If this unit is your main deco please set another device as mane first before you remove/reset it
