Av600 one working!av600
hi guys,
have two av 600s one works fine the other after you reset it pops up, looks ok but won't allow you to connect to it.
has anyone had this issue?

May I know the model of your powerline adapter? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device.
Please hard reset the unit that is not working:
For the models which start with TL-PAxxxx, press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LED turn off and then come back on.
For models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx, press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.
Then try configuring it again to see if it works.
