I can use the internet on my laptop through the M7200 router. But on my mobile, I’m not getting internet. Even though Wi-Fi shows as connected, it says: ‘This Wi-Fi has no access to internet.’ Please help me. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/0gpvuvkmZaNI
Hi, may I know how long you have had M7200? Did the issue start recently?
Apart from the mobile phone and PC, have you tested on other mobile devices? Can they get internet access?
Have you tried restarting the mobile phone once to see whether it helped?
