Hello People. Our internet keeps dropping out or very slow every now and again. Have checked with internet provider and all good on their end. See log below form our router. Any ideas, thanks in advance.

Have you tested the wired clients? When the Wi-Fi connection drops, do you know if the wired client works?

According to the log content, the WAN connection appears to be unstable.

Here are some suggestions that may help you:

    1) Connect a PC directly to your modem to verify if your ISP's Internet is stable.

    2) Ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your modem to the Router is properly connected, and replace old wires with new ones.

    3) Please change the DNS Server of the Router, log in to the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and change the two DNS Servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.  How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?

According to the logs, the WAN OFF message appears every 30 seconds between 12:49 and 12:59. Can you confirm that the issue occurs only during this time period?
Also, please check whether the router's WAN IP (IPv4) address has changed during this time, or is it blank?
The WAN IP path is as follows:

 

From 12:59 to 15:17, the router appears to be operating normally, correct?
